About Us

Children and Youth Orchestra Program

Brief History

The Nucleus Orchestral Program (TNO) was founded in 2023 by four musicians from Venezuela: Benito Liendo, Enn Rene Diaz, Eukaris Anaholi, and Katherine Rivas.

Our founders have more than 30 years of experiences as musicians in symphony orchestras, solo performers artists, and as general music and classical instruments teachers.

They have been active members of the world recognized Venezuela’s National Orchestras and Choirs program “El Sistema“.

The Nucleus Orchestral (TNO) was founded to advance the social and cultural development of new generations through music education. TNO’s programs leverage music as a tool to inspire and empower youth, with a particular emphasis on social inclusion and to support for the Hispanic community.

Additionally, TNO aims to enrich communities by offering accessible educational initiatives, hosting benefit concerts, and fostering collaborations that promote cultural and social flourishing.

TNO’s flagship program launched in Orlando, FL in 2023 and served 30 youth at its outset.

Today, we serve 130 youth artists between 3-17 years old.

Since May 2024, we launched a program in Houston, TX. TNO-TX serves more than 50 youth students ages 4-17 years old.

Our programs in Texas and Florida continue to grow thanks to an enthusiastic reception from the community and a growing demand for music education.

What do we believe?

We believe orchestral music fosters children’s growth by teaching teamwork, discipline, and communication. Each rehearsal builds self-confidence and nurtures not just musicians, but engaged citizens ready to contribute to their community.

Benefits

The Nucleus Orchestral Program provides an excellent music education that goes beyond artistic development. By fostering discipline, responsibility, and teamwork, it prepares young people to face life’s challenges. Additionally, it improves their academic performance and turns them into leaders committed to their community.

Through music, this program empowers young people, enriching the local culture and building a brighter future for all individual practice, group classes, and orchestra rehearsals to accommodate different levels and ages.
