In 2013, she joined the team at Harmony Project, where she played a key role in managing YOLA at EXPO, the Los Angeles Philharmonic’s largest youth orchestra at the time. Since then, Cynthia has worked with a range of music organizations, including From the Top, the LA Phil, and Youth Orchestra Salinas. She is currently the development director at Global

Driven by a personal passion for arts equity, Cynthia’s work is inspired by her own early lack of access to music education. She is dedicated to ensuring that all young people, regardless of background, have the opportunity to experience the transformative power of music.
