Angeles, CA. She has a deep commitment to music education and youth development and has been working in arts education since 2009. In 2013, she joined the team at Harmony Project, where she played a key role in managing YOLA at EXPO, the Los Angeles Philharmonic\u2019s largest youth orchestra at the time. Since then, Cynthia has worked with a range of music organizations, including From the Top, the LA Phil, and Youth Orchestra Salinas. She is currently the development director at Global<br \/>Arts.<\/p><p><br \/>Driven by a personal passion for arts equity, Cynthia\u2019s work is inspired by her own early lack of access to music education.
